Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a “Getting Things Done” (GTD) workshop, led by our COO, Antoine Moussali. The workshop offered valuable insights and actionable strategies for staying organized, managing priorities, and increasing personal productivity—skills that are essential to our continued growth and commitment to excellence.

What is GTD?

Developed by productivity expert David Allen, the GTD method is a globally recognized approach to task and time management. The method revolves around the idea of freeing the mind by capturing tasks and projects in a reliable external system, thus reducing stress and creating mental clarity. By systematically organizing tasks, setting priorities, and focusing on next actions, GTD empowers individuals to achieve more with less overwhelm.

Under Antoine’s guidance, the team explored the core principles of GTD, covering essential topics such as:

• Capturing Tasks: The importance of jotting down ideas and tasks as soon as they come to mind, keeping the brain free to focus on the present.

• Clarifying and Organizing: Learning how to break tasks down into actionable steps and prioritize them effectively.

• Reflecting and Reviewing: Building the habit of weekly reviews to stay aligned with goals and ensure that no tasks slip through the cracks.
