In celebration of World Yoga Day on June 21st, we took a step towards promoting harmony of mind and body by hosting a yoga session for our team. The event was a resounding success, with participants expressing positive feedback and enthusiasm for incorporating more wellness activities into their routine.
Following this success, we are excited to announce the official launch of ‘Yoga Fridays’—a new initiative dedicated to enhancing both mental and physical well-being for all employees.
What is ‘Yoga Fridays’?
Every Friday morning, our team gathers for a 30-minute yoga session to start the day with mindfulness and relaxation. This time is devoted to helping employees unwind, release stress, and find balance as the week comes to a close. Our yoga sessions focus on the unity between thought and action and the harmony between restraint and fulfillment, offering participants a rejuvenating experience that lasts well beyond the session.
An Inclusive Wellness Initiative
